Brighter Than Ever

The third comeback of H&M’s Brighter Than Ever IP was more than just a festive campaign. It was a visual trip with an undercurrent of magic.

The making of this particular ad didn't involve looking at any other ad. It was a result of various life inspirations which included a mix of all things Wes Anderson, New York City Doormen, Bombay Art Deco Buildings and Stigler Elevators.

Amidst this setting sat a charming protagonist who used his manually operated lift to transport people to their happy place. Nothing translated H&Ms #BrighterThanEver festive campaign line better than seeing each of the characters being taken to their brightest state. It was a wonderful metaphor for what the brand wanted to enable with The Liftman as an embodiment of the brand itself, pressing the lever on everyone’s dreams.
